All devices are classified according to standardized rating regulations as much as possible, but if they don't match the rating you ordered, you can open a complaint within three days of receipt. Please leave a question with a photo attachment of a device that doesn't match your rating and we can provide you with an exchange or commercial gesture.


We guarantee you a warranty of device defects within 14 days of receipt. We can provide you with an exchange or commercial gesture.


Yes, there are some circumstances that isn’t covered by our warranty.

  1. Damage incurred during the purchaser's use of the product
  2. Damage caused by other external causes (such as dropping the device, water damage, or fire damage)
  3. Defects resulting from product repair, opening, or replacement of parts by a third party other than the seller
  4. Complaints regarding personal subjective opinions (consumable parts like battery’s life span)
  5. Discrepancies in product appearance and grade
