We strive to grade all devices with precision according to standardized rating guidelines. If the device you got doesn't match the grade you ordered, you can file a complaint within three days of receiving it. Please submit a request along with a photo of the device showing the issue. We will review it and offer you an exchange or commercial gesture on your next order.
We offer a 14-day warranty on device defects from the date of receipt. If there is a confirmed defect, we will exchange the product or provide a gesture of goodwill.
